CURB-SIDE PICKUP

No minimum required, and no parking necessary - just call in your order, tell us when you're planning to drive by, and we will gladly bring your flowers to your car. 

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

In some instances, the photo of an arrangement may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, we will still faithfully work to the design of your choice - ensuring that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved. We will only substitute items of equal or higher value. We reserve the right to make such substitutions automatically when we judge that doing so is within reason, and faithful to the original design.

DELIVERIES

We offer delivery through a professional courier service. For same-day deliveries to nearby neighborhoods, please call us before 2pm. We routinely email our customers a photo of the arrangement we send out for delivery - a service we are pleased to offer.

The minimum order for delivery is $50, and the delivery fee varies by neighborhood as follows:
